Protection of personal data is an important issue for the Endemigo brand belonging to Endemigo Teknoloji A.Ş. (Endemigo Technology Inc.) (hereinafter referred to as “Endemigo.com or Endemigo” in the text). The basic information on the protection of personal data transferred to Endemigo.com is given below. As the data controller, Endemigo.com adopts the principles stipulated by the KVKK Law in order to comply with the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 (“KVKK”), processing, deleting, destroying, anonymizing, transferring personal data, enlightening the relevant person and fulfills its obligations regarding data security. In this context, the Privacy and Protection of Personal Data Policy is made available to natural persons (“Relevant Person”) whose personal data are processed. Endemigo.com reserves the right to update this Statement on the Protection of Personal Data at any time within the framework of the changes that can be made in the current legislation.
There are regulations in various laws regarding the use of personal data of our customers. In the first place, the principles of protection of personal data have been determined with the KVKK. In addition, the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce includes provisions on the protection of personal data. In some cases, criminal sanctions have been stipulated for the protection of personal data through the provisions of the Turkish Penal Code No.5237.
On the other hand, data must be collected and used in order to fulfill our obligations arising from the Law on Consumer Protection No.6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Endemigo.com transfers personal data to third parties only for the purposes specified in this Privacy and Protection of Personal Data Policy and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law. Member Customer / Guest Customer data processed within this scope and the person information to be delivered on behalf of the purchased product are shared with the seller and the cargo company, and these data can also be accessed by the call center when necessary. Information on the person to be issued an invoice is shared with the cargo company in order to send the invoice to the relevant person.

Website or mobile application usage preferences and browsing history are shared with our domestic / foreign business partners from which the cookie service is received in order to make segmentation and to communicate with the Member Customer / Guest Customer in line with their likes and preferences. In this context, personal data transfers are carried out through the secure environment and channels provided by the relevant third party.
In order to increase the satisfaction and loyalty of the Member Customer / Guest Customer, the data of the Member Customer / Guest Customer is shared with companies that will conduct market research.
In addition to the technical measures to ensure the security of personal data subject to domestic and international transfer that we have mentioned above; Considering that the counterparty of the legal relationship is a data controller or data processor, it is also legally protected thanks to the provisions of the KVK Law in our contracts.
When transferring personal information to countries other than Turkey during the sharing of information as stated above, it is ensured that the data is transferred in accordance with this policy and as permitted by the applicable law on data protection.

H. Profiling and Segmentation
By using the personal data processed in relation to the Endemigo.com Member Customer / Guest Customer;
1. Regarding the Member Customer / Guest Customer who approves to receive commercial electronic messages, it carries out profiling and segmentation in order to prepare content more suitable for the likes and preferences of the Member Customer / Guest Customer, to provide advertisement, promotion and discounts.
2. By profiling and segmentation in terms of the Member Customer / Guest Customer who did not approve the commercial electronic message;

Within the scope of profiling and segmentation studies, the personal data of the Member Customer / Guest Customer, especially the name and surname, mobile phone, e-mail or address information, are not used directly, instead, transactions are made with the Member Customer / Guest Customer IDs assigned to them. The personal data of the Customer / Member is protected by the use of the Member Customer / Guest Customer ID or in other words pseudonym data. Member Customer / Guest Customer IDs are only accessible to relevant persons or departments on Endemigo.com. These IDs assigned to the Member Customer / Guest Customer are kept encrypted by Endemigo.com in the system and access to this section is only available to limited people.
